We had a "top of the line" steamer for about 5 years, and battled constant issues. After the last breakdown we finally decided it was time to replace it. I knew the type of steamer that would work best, but wasn't sure about which brand. Did some research and discovered Hoffman is an incredible supplier! Upon further research, the JEL3 sounded perfect for our needs. Ready to order, then dug a litter further and found out they offer refurbished models as well, that come with a guarantee and you can still purchase the care warranty!!! Incredible. Steamer arrived, set it all up. Easy to fill, gets to pressure quickly. The steam this machine produces is PERFECT! Nice dry steam with great pressure. Each of my coworkers who tried it commented on how good this steamer is and noticed a huge difference immediately. WE LOVE IT! Get a Hoffman. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know my thoughts on the new JEL-11M steamer. IT IS WONDERFUL and I wish I would have know about this unit before. The capacity is perfect. The heat up time is fantastic. My shaper is so excited not to have to stop in the middle of the day and refill. The quick disconnect works wonders and really makes it easy to disconnect from the table for flushing.

We use our steamer six days a week, and it has performed flawlessly. We're very happy with it.

Extremely satisfied with my JEL3 Hoffman Steamer! It is a true work horse with constant reliable steam. I primarily use it for western hat shaping and restoring baseball caps to shape. This machine is easy to setup and use right out of the box! If you are looking for a hat steamer, you will not be disappointed. The customer service is tip of the spear and constantly send you emails to follow up to see who things are going.

It appears to be well built and good USA quality. It works as advertised. I bought it for home use and use it to clean my wife's jewelry and odd parts.
